Instructions

  • Squeeze the lemon and strain into a cocktail shaker. Measure the liquor into the shaker. Add the pink peppercorn apple syrup. Add ice, and shake.
2 ounces vodka, 1 lemon, ½ ounce Cointreau, ½ ounce pink peppercorn apple syrup
  • Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh apple slice. I like to thinly slice on either side of the core of a small apple to create the look of the center of the apple, and float it in the pink apple martini. Add extra pink peppercorns for garnish. You can also do apple slices and add them to the side of the glass.
    1 apple slice for garnish
