Nothing says Summer like Prosecco and Peaches! The Summer weather is the perfect time to pour a few glasses of this refreshing cocktail. Using fresh fruit with bubbly is such an easy way to brighten up a party or shower!
Be on the look out for the peak of season peaches to ensure the most flavor in this cocktail. Chilling the prosecco is also key. Be sure to look for a crisp, slightly dry prosecco, as the peaches are sweet enough.
A rosé prosecco is also a nice choice. If you plan to have quite a few people enjoying these, chill the prosecco in an ice chest.Print
- 2 Ripe peaches
- 1 bottle of chilled prosecco
- Slice the peaches into roughy 8 pieces each, removing the pit. Place 2 peach slices into each champagne flute.
- Pop the cork of the prosecco by gently working it back and forth, to avoid the prosecco from overflowing out of the bottle.
- Holding glass to the side, slowly pour the prosecco over the fruit.
