Spicy Margarita

This Spicy Smoked Maple Sriracha Margarita Β is the perfect cocktail to get the holiday festivities started!

We just love using Spiceology Smoked Maple SrirachaΒ to rim the glass! All you have to do is poke through with a metal skewer and then insert the rosemary! The scent of the rosemary in this blackberry bourbon sour is dreamy!

What you will need to make a Margarita

  • Tequila
  • Fresh Limes
  • Triple Sec
  • Simple Syrup
  • Smoked Maple Sriracha Spice

Let’s get started!

Pour spice onto plate.

Rub lime around edge of glass.

Now dip glass into spice!

Now time for margarita!

Add big ice cube into cocktail shaker!

Squeeze 1 large lime or 2 small limes!

Add 1/2 ounce orange liqueur

Add 1/2 ounce simple syrup.

Add 2 Oz. Tequila.

Add a little extra splash for good luck!

Shake shake shake!

Shake at least 30 seconds!

Drop large ice cube into glass

Strain margarita into glass.

Instructions

Now lets make a Margarita

  1. Slice limes in half and slice one slice for garnish. Pour spice onto a flat plate. Using a slice of lime, coat the rim of a glass. Dip the glass into the spice, moving around to get spice to adhere. Set aside.
  2. Grab a cocktail shaker and place one large cube of ice and some regular size ice cubes.
  3. Squeeze one large or 2 small limes into shaker
  4. Add .5 oz simple syrup
  5. Add .5 oz orange liquor
  6. Add 2 oz. and a splash of Tequila
  7. Shake for at least 30 seconds
  8. Strain into Coupe Glass
  9. Garnish with a slice of lime
