Pineapple Margarita on the rocks

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Pineapple Or 2 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Add fresh pineapple chunks into cocktail shaker and muddle.
  • Slice orange in half and slice one slice for garnish. Squeeze the orange using a juicer. Squeeze lime. Add the juice of the lime and orange into the cocktail shaker.
    2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce Cointreau, 1 Orange, 1 Lime
  • Add tequila, cointreau, and ice, and shake.
  • Strain margarita over ice, and garnish with orange slice.
    1/4 cup Fresh Pineapple
