Smoked Pineapple Margarita

  • 2 slices Pineapple Smoked
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 Lime Grilled
  • 1 Orange Grilled
  • 1 wedge pinapple for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut smoked pineapple into tidbits & place into cocktail shaker and muddle.
    2 slices Pineapple
  • Slice orange in half and slice one slice for garnish. Add the juice of the lime and orange into the cocktail shaker. Add tequila, cointreau, and ice, and shake.
    2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce Cointreau, 1 Orange, 1 Lime
  • Place 1 large ice cube into cocktail glass.
  • Strain margarita over ice, and garnish with smoked pineapple wedge and orange slice.
