Ingredients for Creamy Caesar Dressing

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ juiced lemon
  • 1 tbls Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 anchovy filets
  • 6 grinds fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Finely dice anchovies and add to bowl. Using a grater, shred garlic into bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and whisk together until creamy.
  • Store the dressing in a jar in the refrigerator. We use a small mason jar. Lasts up to 2 weeks.
