Ingredients for Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ juiced lemon
- 1 tbls Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 anchovy filets
- 6 grinds fresh ground black pepper
Finely dice anchovies and add to bowl. Using a grater, shred garlic into bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and whisk together until creamy.
Store the dressing in a jar in the refrigerator. We use a small mason jar. Lasts up to 2 weeks.
