Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 ounce cointreau
  • 2 ounces gin
  • Ice
  • Thai Basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Squeeze grapefruit and lemon using a fruit juicer.
    1 grapefruit, 1 lemon
  • Strain into a cocktail shaker. Add cointreau and gin.

  • Add a few large pieces of ice, and shake vigorously.
    Ice
  • Strain into chilled martini glass, and garnish with Thai basil leaf.
