Slice cherry tomatoes in half, leave on cutting board and salt
Melt butter in a skillet large enough to not crowd mushrooms
Sautee mushrooms till brown
Set mushrooms aside
Whisk eggs and half and half
Add a few grinds of pepper to mixture
Mix cheese, mushrooms and spinach into egg mixture
Pour mixture into cooled crust
Top with cherry tomatoes, halved side down
Bake Quiche 45-50 minutes at 450 degrees turning half way
Allow Quiche to cool at least 10 minutes before cutting
