Cook turkey in a frying pan, crumbling into bite-sized pieces.

While the turkey is cooking, add cannellini beans, canned chilis, onion, poblano, and garlic to a slow cooker.

When the turkey is cooked, add it to the slow cooker and stir in spices, salt, and bay leaf. Add chicken broth. Set cooker to low and cook for 8 hours.
4 tablespoons ground cumin, 2 tablespoons ancho chili powder, 2 tablespoons granulated garlic, 1 tablespoons dried oregano, 1 tablespoons sea salt, 32 ounces chicken broth
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf and serve with shredded cheese and diced avocado, and a squirt of lime.
