- 5 15 ounce cans cannellini beans
- 2 7 ounce diced chilis
- 2 white onions diced
- 1 poblano pepper diced
- 6 cloves of garlic shredded
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ancho chili powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoons sea salt
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Instructions for Ground Turkey Chili:
Cook turkey in a frying pan, crumbling into bite-sized pieces. While the turkey is cooking, add cannellini beans, canned chilis, onion, poblano, and garlic to a slow cooker. When the turkey is cooked, add to the slow cooker and stir in spices, salt, and bay leaf. Add chicken broth. Set cooker to low and cook for 8 hours.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf and serve with shredded cheese and diced avocado, and a squirt of lime.
