ripe mango
2
Mango slices for garnish

tequila

oz
triple sec or orange liqueur
2
oz
lime juice
1
tsp
simple syrup
optional, adjust to taste
Ice cubes

Sprigs of fresh mint or lemon balm for garnish
Instructions
Slice 2 slices of mango for garnish, then add rest of peeled mango to cocktail shaker
Muddle the mango in the shaker until it's well mashed.
Add the silver tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Double strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes to remove any mango fibers or pulp.
Garnish the drink with a slice of fresh mango and a sprig of fresh mint or lemon balm.
Optionally, you can also garnish with a lime wedge for an extra burst of citrus flavor.
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing fresh mango margarita!
