A pink apple martini is a recent addition to my cocktail collection. I do love a pink drink, as you may have guessed. I was not able to get quite the shade I wanted for a pink apple martini. Until I added hibiscus tea and pink peppercorns to the pink peppercorn apple simple syrup that I made for this cocktail. That gave the syrup an intense pink color! I simply added some lemon juice, gin, and this simple syrup to a cocktail shaker, and added an apple and a few pink peppercorns, and voila!

Pink Apple Martini
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce pink peppercorn apple syrup
- 1 apple slice for garnish
Instructions
Squeeze the lemon and strain into a cocktail shaker. Measure the liquor into the shaker. Add the pink peppercorn apple syrup. Add ice, and shake.
Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh apple slice. I like to thinly slice on either side of the core of a small apple to create the look of the center of the apple, and float it in the pink apple martini. Add extra pink peppercorns for garnish. You can also do apple slices and add them to the side of the glass.
